Chad grew up in a rough part of England. Today, he lives and works in a very different world.
That experience has shaped the way he thinks about security and people’s safety.
He understands why someone who has worked hard to build a beautiful home wants to protect their family and what they have created. He understands the business owner who has spent years building something, and wants to protect their people, premises and livelihood.
But he also understands the other side.
He grew up around people who knew how to find opportunities, exploit weaknesses and take advantage when something was left unprotected.
That perspective has never left him.
