I used GCF to install a new alarm system and camera security system as well as some electrical work. I have no hesitation in recommending Chad and his team from CGF. So many reasons....- The primary reason I recommend Chad and his team is their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness and work quality. Based on my actual experience with Chad and his team, I am really happy with the work they have done and I absolutely know that if I have any issues, he will respond immediately and effectively and will do whatever is required to achieve the right outcome.- I am extremely fussy and ask 101 questions. Chad patiently addressed (in detail) all questions and anything he didn't know he would be upfront, research and revert in a very short time. This is not a reflection of his knowledge which is really good - just a reflection of the detailed questions I ask and his patience and professionalism in addressing them- He would respond to all my messages and queries pretty much immediately....even late on a Sunday night when I had no expectation of a response for a day or two. This occurred many times over.- He was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but the quality of his work was excellent and his responsiveness and care was excellent. I made a judgement call based on our early discussions and have never looked back- He always turned up when he said he would, and insisted on coming back to rectify anything he thought was not working to his satisfaction. What was telling was that he changed and adjusted things he thought were not as they should be in circumstances where I was happy to let it be or indeed where I had no idea there was an issue in the first place.....so different to other suppliers who try to convince you to accept things they themselves know are wrong or not working as they should, or try to sell you things you don't even need (my actual experience with another supplier I got rid of). Chad holds himself to a high standard and you get the benefit of that. Not many vendors do that.- Communication and honesty was exceptional, and incredibly refreshing after dealing with an earlier incredibly dodgy supplierChad is a good operator with high standards, an honest and up front approach, and excellent work quality. Strongly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble and Chad recommended what we needed and installed the security cameras, alarm and doorbell system which have all been excellent. It is easy to answer the doorbell from anywhere in the home or outside home with video and sound. We have had to retrieve the CTV footage and the process is easy. I learnt the hard way that a big corporate brand (3 letters) doesn’t mean a better service.I had a CCTV system installed 3-4 months ago which never worked correctly, after having techs attempt to fix it and it still not working I contacted Chad.Totally different experience from the start, Chad came out and actually listened to what I wanted and then talked through my options.As I couldn’t use the current system the way it was he prioritised my job and even worked on the weekend to get it done. He fixed existing cameras and added additional cameras along with security lighting.Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, the system is working perfectly and is exactly what I wanted.Thanks guys, I will certainly be recommending you to anyone I come across with security or CCTV issues/requirements.
